It's unfortunate that some of the major consultancy led certification organisations ignore the underlying concept of simplicity and the application of ordinary common sense in order to attempt to justify lengthy projects and high fee structures. At ISO QSL, we have developed a certification procedure, totally in accordance with the ethos of the International Standards Organisation which eliminates the need for consultant input. By doing so we are able to eliminate red tape and bureaucracy, provide a cost effective fixed price service and normally complete the certification process within five weeks. Similarly the client management time requirement is minimal as we produce all of the required documentation.

ISO 9001:2000 Certification

ISO 14001
An ISO 14001:2004 certificate proves that your Environmental Management System has been measured against a best practice standard and found compliant. ISO QSL will issue you with a certificate that lets customers know they can trust you are actively minimising the environmental impacts of your company's processes, products, and services.

The internationally recognised ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System standard is generic. It is applicable to any type of organisation in any industry sector. Created by the International Organization for Standardization, it is based on the two concepts of continual improvement and regulatory compliance .

ISO QSL will help you identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. Our auditors assess how well your Environmental Management System supports the areas of greatest risk to you, in addition to measuring compliance against elected standards.

Gap Analysis
One of the first steps in your Quality Management System (QMS) transition or implementation project is to compare your current QMS to the requirements of the ISO 9000:2000 standard. On receiving your instructions we arrange for one of our senior assessors to spend some time with you to undertake an in depth analysis of the activities of your business that directly affect quality. Any areas of non compliance are identified and simple, common sense based, solutions are put forward. An action plan for the entire project is then drawn up and agreed, this includes detailed timings.

We then leave you in peace to continue with your normal activities while we prepare your Quality and Standard Operating Procedures Manuals and all other documentation. The documents are then presented and explained to you and any non compliance remedial action is verified. You will then be presented with your ISO certificate, manuals, logos and your registration number. Only then does our fixed price fee become payable.
